DINNERS

Farmhouse Chicken Pot Pie

Roasted chicken breast, carrots and peas in a creamy herb gravy, topped with a fluffy cornbread crust

Lamb Kofta, Basmati Rice + Charred Snap Peas

Warm spice and herb flecked lamb kabob over basmati rice served with crisp-tender charred snap peas

Sage + Butternut Lasagna

Layers of roasted squash, sausage, kale and a sage-infused bechamel sauce.

Ramen Bowl (Chicken or Pork)

Comforting bowl of noodles, bok choy, shiitake mushrooms, carrot and cabbage with a jammy egg and scallion-ginger broth.

Cider-Braised Chicken + Apples

Chicken braised in a bath of sweet apples, cider and dijon, with wilted swiss chard over parsnip puree or mashed potatoes.

Herbed Beef Tenderloin

Seasoned and seared to medium-rare and coated in garlic and herbs pair with twice-baked potatoes + garden salad or parm-crusted broccoli + cauliflower

Micro-Chopped Superfood Salad

Finely chopped mix of broccoli, carrot, brussels, cabbage with sunflower seeds and a garlic-yogurt dressing can be topped with salmon or chicken.

Chicken Milanese

Crispy breaded chicken served with an arugula + tomato salad and shaved parmesan
