Everybody has a story, and mine has always involved food. I grew up in a family where the dinner table was everything. We gathered around and shared not only the events of the day, but also talked about what we were eating. From textures and flavors, to ingredients and procurement, we talked about all things food.  I was enthralled by how roasting developed texture and spices took you on a journey. I loved everything about it, and found my way into the food industry, working in farm kitchens and gourmet food stores, then taught cooking classes, before finding myself here. Here, as a personal chef, I get to help the people around me eat better and enjoy food, and in turn, feel better.  I'd love to cook for you!
